Andrea holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Nebraska and a Healthier Materials and Sustainable Building certificate from The New School – Parsons School of Design.
Andrea has been with EcoNest Architecture since 2015 and has developed the firm’s healthy materials vetting protocols. She is serving as the Materials Research Specialist while working towards becoming a licensed architect. Following licensure, Andrea intends to continue her quest for knowledge about the ever-changing world of healthy and sustainable materials and continue to share this knowledge with others in the design and building industry. She is dedicating her architecture career to creating healthful and nurturing indoor environments for her clients and bringing the practice of building without harmful substances into mainstream design and construction.
