Lauren Riddei is passionate about educating, empowering and inspiring others towards lived environments that are in balance, coherence and harmony with nature. Lauren is a triple-certified Building Biologist (BBNC, BBEC, EMRS) and certified Interior Design professional with extensive specialties in architecture, historic preservation, custom construction, antique collecting/dealing, sustainability, surrealism, visual arts, metaphysics, permaculture, regenerative landscapes and ecological practices. Through her company, Haus Holistics, an environmental health, design, build consultancy and advocacy, Lauren integrates nature’s ancient wisdom, environmental science and life-enhancing design solutions inside and outside the built environment. As a visionary, teacher, artist, agent of positive change and recognized educator in natural healing, environmental and spiritual health, Lauren’s work is frequently featured in media publications. She hosts the Haus Holistics podcast, delivers lectures and appears as a guest educator and thought leader on various podcasts, platforms and stages. When Lauren isn’t creating the world she intends to see, she’s likely pulling friends and strangers together, perusing antiques, researching esoteric philosophies, unlearning empirical code, gardening, surfing or fishing with her husband somewhere off the Atlantic.
