Something we’re excited to share —
If you’ve ever landed from a flight and felt like you got hit by a bus — exhausted, foggy, and off in a way that sleep doesn’t quite fix — this is for you.
Most of us blame jet lag. But there’s a lot more going on at every stage of modern travel, and a group of researchers is about to break all of it down in a free virtual summit.
The Beyond Airplane Mode Summit runs May 12–14, 2026. It’s completely free to attend, and it’s the first event to put together a practical, science-backed protection system for modern travelers — covering everything from airport scanners to hotel smart devices to cabin WiFi.
What you’ll learn:
→ What’s actually happening to your body during travel
→ A simple, step-by-step plan to reduce exposure at every stage
→ How to recover faster once you land
