Final Project Guidelines

For Professional Certification Candidates

Final Project Kits for BBEC and/or EMRS professional certification are available for rental to students who do not own meters and testing equipment. Price ranges for rentals and security deposits can be found in the Project Guidelines, here below.

BBNC: Candidates for BBNC professional certification are required to submit their proposal for their Final Project to their program instructors (Paula Baker-Laporte, FAIA, BBNC, BBEC and Stephen Collette, BBEC, BBNC, LEED AP, CAHP, BSS) for approval. Proposals should outline projects that demonstrate mastery of BBNC program material, especially as it applies to each student’s chosen or under consideration post-certification career path.

You become eligible to undertake your Final Project for IBE-certified professional certification after successful completion of all required seminars, online courses, and IBE 101. You will then be provided with additional documents and informations sheets to support your final project development, and will be assigned a Final Project mentor. Please note that it will be your responsibility to alert us of your project’s intended start date no more than thirty days in advance .
