a/A architecture is a small architecture and design firm focused on building smaller and building better. We employ design to increase the efficacy of the spaces we build, freeing resources to invest in healthy materials, conscious building practices, and durable construction. We are located in Portland, Oregon, licensed in Oregon and Washington, and consult on projects across the United States. Our services include; full-service custom design for healthy and high-performance homes, semi-custom design for small and simple projects, interior design, enclosure detailing, building permitting, healthy materials consulting, and healthy home inspections.
