Bruce was educated as an Electronics Technologist from Saskatchewan Polytechnic in Saskatoon. This led to a career in computer technology providing service and support for large corporate customers. His interest in Electromagnetic Radiation started when he was investigating the link between ill health and the installations of smart meters. He is a Certified Building Biology ElectroMagnetic Radiation Specialist (EMRS) and the owner of Shieldwaves EMF Solutions.
