As a woman who at one point thought she was going to be housebound due to environmental and chemical sensitivities but then reclaimed her vitality, Charlotte understands the struggles of the highly sensitive person and can offer hope and solutions to suffering people and families.
After her own health collapsed at 26 years of age, she went back to school to study nutrition at Bauman College in Santa Cruz, California. Then, realizing that she wanted to learn even more, she attained a Master’s of Science in Western Herbal Medicine at the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
In 2018, she published her first book titled Eat in Peace to Live in Peace: Your Handbook for Vitality. But when her body started buzzing with feelings of electricity and she figured out her smart phone was the culprit, Charlotte went back to school yet again to become an Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist (EMRS) at The Building Biology Institute.
She now passionately serves her community as a wellness educator: embracing the wisdom of nature and of each person, Charlotte teaches the art of self-care, utilizing whole foods, medicinal herbs, electromagnetic field awareness, and conscious living. Motivated by her own personal experiences and formal education, she is a respected clinician and professional speaker and looks forward to working with you.
