Inspections include exterior and interior measurements of AC Electric and Magnetic fields from power lines, transformers, appliances, household wiring etc.; exterior and interior High Frequency Radio Frequency measurements from wireless computers, routers, games, toys, communication devices, baby monitors, cordless phones, cell phones and cell towers, WiFi, Bluetooth, Smart meters etc.; Dirty electricity from compact florescent lightbulbs (CFL’s), power supplies for portable computers, cell phone chargers, variable speed fans, electronic devices that require transformers etc.; Body Voltage, which measures the amount of AC Electric fields that can couple onto the body, particularly when sleeping; and any stray currents caused by electrical wiring errors. Focus is placed on the sleeping environment, where one rests and recuperates from the day’s exposure.
She uses high quality, state of the art meters and suggests ways to lower the fields to more biologically, compatible levels. This is a science of quantity, as it reduces the amount of man-made radiation, which ones sees reflected in the before/after meter readings. She is highly aware of the pros and cons of the various methods for lowering EMF in a home and advises her clients of both.

Electromagnetic Hyper-Sensitivity
Lucy was a successful real estate agent in Toronto for 24 years. She struggled for 20 years with a growing list of mysterious symptoms before being diagnosed at the Environmental Clinic at Women’s College Hospital with a little-known condition called Electromagnetic Hyper-Sensitivity or EHS. She experienced first-hand, the devastating, biological effects of EMF on the human body. She sold her real estate business and moved to a small Ontario town. In 2017, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Her biopsy showed that she had had Stage 1 and 2 for 3-5 years. Lucy went from Stage 4 to remission in under 3 months. Her Oncologist was stunned, and her Naturopath called it a miracle.
A large part of Lucy’s business is working with Electrosensitive people to overcome EHS and step out of illness. She guides them to raise their frequency above the frequency of the disease and back to health.

Lucy uses Radiesthesia or Vibrational dowsing to detect and map the earth grid lines beneath the home. These lines, often referred to as the ‘spherics’, emanate electromagnetic energy. Unfortunately, in today’s environment, the ‘spherics’ are forced to carry the toxic, man-made EMF from the ‘technics’. Solutions involve moving key pieces of furniture and/or harmonizing the line with a type of earth acupuncture. This is a science of quality, which changes the quality of the energy of the line. She offers on-line workshops on Zoom to teach others how to map and harmonize their own grid lines.
